INDIAN OCEAN (Nov. 3, 2020) The Indian navy Rajput-class guided-missile destroyer INS Ranvijay (D 55) sails alongside the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS John S. McCain (DDG 56) while conducting replenishment-at-sea approaches (RASAPs) as part of exercise Malabar 2020. Malabar is an India-led multinational exercise designed to enhance cooperation between the Indian Navy, Royal Australian Navy, Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force and U.S. maritime forces. Australian, Indian, Japanese and American maritime forces routinely operate together in the Indo-Pacific, fostering a cooperative approach toward regional security and stability. 2. Subscribe to our daily newsletter. We’ll send the news to your email box, and you don’t have to come to the site unless you want to read columns or see photos.
  3. You can contribute to the health of StrategyPage. A contribution is not a donation that you can deduct at tax time, but a form of crowdfunding. We store none of your information when you contribute..
