Subject: Main Chute sabotage?

Did anyone hear of any follow up on this? 3 main chute failures out of 5 jumpers, all 3 use their reserve chute and survive - later, 10 more sabotaged chutes are found. http://www.accessatlanta.com/ajc/epaper/editions/friday/news_d3d94247721fb1ac0094.html CNN also had the story. E.

Doesn't an officer have to sign every parachute that comes off the line? What happened to him?
