Subject: What's the status of the UK FRES?

Has it fallen victim to budget cuts? The SDSR is rather noncommittal and simply says "eventually."

The Piranha V won the competition for FRES-Utility, but contract issues stopped further progress. So, Utility is stalled.
 
FRES-SV is still going with the ASCOD SV. Recently, an article stated that they got the CTA gun working with the LockMart turret, months ahead of schedule. (I'm sorry that I cannot find the article.)
 
The SDSR hasn't affected SV. Since Utility is stalled, there's nothing to cut. In reality, the affects of the SDSR should delay any restart attempt.
