Yes and if the Taliban and terrorist had a brain, they would start to make electromagnetic wave detectors that blow up the bombs. Troops looking for bombs or weapons hidden will be killed once there metal detector hit's it. Same goes for x-ray detectors all dirt cheap. The Taliban can use small explosives and start to cost America big time, but blowing up all there metal detectors and x-ray scanners. You just wire some together with a basic component that stops it blowing up if they both detect a strong field. That stops a counter of using a big field to blow them all up. The Taliban could slow them down, holt groups or troops and cost America mass billions in replacing the goods. Basic systems can't be jammed, or just use microwave grills to block the signals in hi tec ones. They can also use thermite to super melt the copper without using mass explosives. This means the size of road side / bombs can be 90% less.
