Russian T90 vs American M1A2 Abrams - Which is better? If these tanks fought in battle, which would suffer more casualties, which one is superior? What are their advantages? Any information would be helpful.

I believe it is the MLRS you are looking for.

1. I don't know. My own view is that cannon launched rockets don't work too well. Maybe Fire control has finally caught up with the launch shock and the ballistics problems?

2;. Sabot and a 54 caliber tube.  It'll blow through anything at 10 megajoules strike and 1500 m/s +.

3. Pointless once you physically reach 2.

M1A2 has a more powerful main gun, better ability to reconize and identify a target and more armour protection.

T-90 is lighter, consumes less fuel, is a smaller target and has ERA-modules and ARENA capability.

I'd say that if you put 100 T-90s an 100 M1A2s against each other on a battlefield with equal crews and no additional support, the survival ratio of the M1 would be about 50% better.

sure but T-90 can fire Reflerk on night with engine off?

M1A2 can't recognize target without caloric track or yes? M1A2 has very cold engine on and M1A2 must have engine on to use syxtems...

T-90 can view M1A2 to long range ( 2 km ) but M1A2 has more difficult to view T-90 off...i trust

M1A2 must go to range fire for SABOT-DU ( 1600 m i trust )  and T-90 can fire 6 reflerk to 5000 m

I trust that M1A2 must have better countermeasures within reflerk...or no?

But it cannot HIT anything without a powered fire contro and for that it needs its engine to generate electricity.

Nonsense. Passive optics.

T-90 can view M1A2 to long range ( 2 km ) but M1A2 has more difficult to view T-90 off...i trust

Again nonsense. The size difference by volume is less than 4% between the two tanks and at those ranges irrelevant. M-1s saw cold T-72s at 4000 meters and engaged and killed same in both Iraq wars.

M1A2 must go to range fire for SABOT-DU ( 1600 m i trust )  and T-90 can fire 6 reflerk to 5000 m

CREF above. Tungsten rod would do just as well. We just have a lot of cheap depleted uranium.

I trust that M1A2 must have better countermeasures within reflerk...or no?

Again useless and unnecessary. The current M-1 armor package is simply far better than any T-90 munitions within that tank's outer effective engagement envelop against an M-1. The appropriate defense is to see first, shoot first, kill first, and the T-90 isn't anywhere near there yet in an all armjs matrix.. The recently introduced ERGM also outranges anything they have or hope to have by a considertable margin.. The T-90 in such a matchup is dead meat.

What on earth is a reflerk? Or a caloric track?

M1A2 has a significantly larger heat signature than the T-90 when on tactical idle or moving due to the very high operating temperature of its engine. However, the M1A2 has an APU and T-90 doesn't.

Reflekt I believe he is trying to write  is an active defense system. That defense is actually Shtora, its not very good.

Caloric track?-heat signature or heat bloom, or thermal trace? The T-90 has a heat rooster tail like you woudn't believe.

You're kidding? That piece of AT-11 junk is less effective than the obsolete Shillelagh!
