achtpanz    6/14/2004 3:59:14 AM
Russian T90 vs American M1A2 Abrams - Which is better? If these tanks fought in battle, which would suffer more casualties, which one is superior? What are their advantages? Any information would be helpful.

you piece of shit gay fatass kid. im sure you'd never ever talk in such a high ass tone to anyone in real life. Just worth nothing but bragging here, cheap whore. shut up and dont comment my replies.bitch.

Russians created state of the art autopilot because no pilots would like to fly it... damnit... what other shit would you throw in?

you are disease. if people like you die its just gets better. i dont have hate to USA or US people, but i think people like you should be terminated, retarded bastard from Georgia. you are worse than anyone here. dirt. slave.

Coldstart,
One of the things  that US intel people found humorous was that all of the USSR's best scientists were Jews, No I'm not a Georian Jew - and when Soviet weapons or space systems suffered embarrassing failures it very hard for the soviets to publicly admit anything. The soviets always had to have a scapgoat to blame (or execute) when something went wrong and publicly the Soviet Union was extremly anti jewish and anti Israel. So to punish their best scientists for a failure would be admitting they were dependent on Jewish scientists and that was not an acceptable thing to admit.

I'm at the point where poking out my eyes would be a pleasurable experience.... :)

It's Bear baiting, pun intended.  They think it matters if their junk can touch Western equipment when the lifespan of a male in their country isn't much better than Third World countries where the lifespans factor in a third of the population having AIDS.  We have yet to get one from that part of the world who's reasonable.

above two comments are of typical dumb idiots.

for your information, USSR was pioneer of space, and the designer was Russian KOROLEV. but for you - USA - this work was done by Von Braun. gonna say anything against it?

Korolev also based his technology on Von Braun's developments, but even tho in USA an original(German) designer was doing it, still the first to succeed was USSR with Korolev.

so you two complaining a$$holes shut your mouth. cunts.

Goddard? ...Good morning! - who sent first man in space? Goddard? or Korolev sent Yuri Gagarin there.

lol as i said before... calling white things black... thats what you do here.

Goddard was like the Wright brothers, he solved  guidance, steer, fuel pressurization, pump, and, fuel mix  problems before Russia started killing overconfident generals, cosmonauts, and scientists with clumsy  badly built, rockets and poorly thought out designs.

Not that Apollo 201, Challenger and Columbia can be excused, but let's not mince words;

N-1.

Saturn 5s did not explode on the pad. Goddard's solutions were the basis for von Braun and Korelev.

Now then.

Profile: Sergei Korolev
Sergei Korolev spent an illustrious career unknown to both his fellow countrymen and to the outside world.

Korolev was imprisoned by Joseph Stalin on trumped-up charges

For years, the man widely regarded as the "father" of the Soviet space programme answered only to the title "Chief Designer", his identity closely guarded by the state.

By contrast, Korolev's counterpart in America, Wernher von Braun, was feted in his lifetime - appearing in Disney films about spaceflight despite a murky past as designer of Adolf Hitler's terror weapon, the V-2.

For Korolev, who had launched the first satellite and the first man into space, recognition was to come only after his death.

As an engineering graduate in Moscow during the 1930s, he co-founded an amateur rocket society with a colleague, Fridrikh Tsander, who, like Korolev, was inspired by ideas of space travel.

Their experiments with liquid fuelled rockets soon caught the eye of the military.

After Tsander's sudden death from typhus, Korolev was persuaded to merge his rocket group with another in Leningrad, forming a new organisation un

guidance? no... guidance was implemented by Von Braun. because it was DONE by him! ok? when something is solved on paper it does NOT count.. but when someone MAKES something in life thats what you can say SOLVED! ok?

same applies to USSR, it MADE IT FIRST... so your attempt to flood my last statement with your fancy quotations failed.... many people wanted to solve that problem and go into space, but question is not who worked on it, question is WHO MADE IT! there are many things in science which still exist on paper but cant be implemented in practice. So, in practice USSR made it first... im not sure how else can i explain it? isnt this logic clear to you?....

and the point of all that is to show, that USSR/Russia also can do neat things, and not only you - westerns who know how to design something..

also note... that im not critisizing heavily your nation or say somoething terribly bad, its you who say that about Russia, but me, in a logical straight way just proves you that things are not the way you think....

and well...im sure the whole world knows the capabilities of Russian science and engineering, and of course they they were first one to enter free space and were first space pioneers.

that explains all.

and yes Stalin was rough with his engineers and scientists. thats true. but discussion was not about that, so dont try to lean off the main topic with that.

and following your logic, then... do you know that several thousands years ago Chineese did rockets? Those were more of a primitive firework rockets rather than missile. Goddard didnt even exist at that time. Now what?   Chineese are pioneers of space?

No, and no again. Something is considered to be done when its DONE IN REAL LIFE (brough to life) by someone.

Brits are pioneers in aviation... it would be not fair think the other way (they first built a flying aircraft). USSR is pioneer in space.

So flooding more and trying to lean off the main topic and facts would be just not serious now.

What does this have anything to do with how a T90 will fold like a cheap suit before an M1 Abrams?

again its your assumption. noone gona believe your assumption.

and that talk started since someone was stating that we are not capable of high tech stuff.
