Russian T90 vs American M1A2 Abrams - Which is better? If these tanks fought in battle, which would suffer more casualties, which one is superior? What are their advantages? Any information would be helpful.

Guys, Havent paid much attention to what tanks Lybia has now.  What is/was this Tank?
Wikipedia says T-55, T-62 and "T-72B modernized - can hit air targets".  However, none of those tanks in the images in Wiki have as many road wheels as that thing does - that one looks like it has  8, while the other tanks look like they have 5-7.

Patton - 36 seconds into the video clip, I think you see that same tank before being blown up.

Here are some more pics.  Looks vaguely similar to an early Israeli Magach tank.  Intersting find, it's definitely no T-72 or T-55 that I've ever seen.  That squared-off turret is interesting.

George,
The vehicle chassis on the picture I posted appears to be the same as an SA-6  but the turret in the background is the cofusing part. Woulder if it is a local varient since its been so long since libya has been allowed to buy new toys.

BTW Buzz, do you know "LT" Sparks? You should get with him. You two can have your little circle jerk of delusion together. Although I am compelled to believe you are him.
Don't get your panties in a wad. BTW when did the army stop putting padlocks on armored vehicle doors?

see... you dont want imagine something destructable homing on your home town, but you freely talk about that for other countries, using as an argument that US "shoots off bad guys" it is a typical very silly explanation... really... its not me who is ignorant its you who roughly draw a radical line of "truth" and want everyone to believe that. Im not gona believe that. And many people do not either.

About CIA and Osama... heh.. DUH... now thats really childish things to say, which proof do you want? Your operatives were teaching those bearded radicals how to set up the bombs, prepare ambushes, make explosions... thats obvious, it was long time ago. So everything is a dirty game. And please... do not say something like "CIA serves the US does best, rescues children from fire, helps old ppl cross the road etc, thts why they never would do that" ... really... what you say sounds like that, and its absolutely not serious....

i dont want to hurt you or say something bad, you havent done that either... but... you really sound funny... how many people in the world you think believe in such kind of stuff? only people in US and some NATO countries... oh... even in US there are so many people who do not take it as truth... iv seen some western people having same opinion.

do not look at world through the pink glasses :)

Don't be childish cold. Both countries have done it. The BIG question you need to be asking is why in the world was France of all countries so hot to take out Libya?

Should have also pointed out that the vehicle on the left is a SP Howitzer. Look at the barrel and also the side door hatch.  Best guess is some varient of the 2S3
