IIRC Sarin has a CT-50 of 100 - could be lower, but not higher. That means it's 30 times more effective than phosgene and 190 times more that chlorine. Dispersal is rather difficult because it's a low volatility liquid that's got to be finely vaporized without burning it by the delivery system, plus it's quite corrosive and tends to decay rather quickly if the precursors aren't top quality so it's rather difficult to store for prolonged periods of time.
