Subject: Navy''s shortage of tankers

The Navy had this same aurgument in Desert Storm and lost. Most of their missions were limited to Kuwait except for cruise missles. At least this time around they have a few air tankers. The Navy was fortunate that the tactical Air Force did not have any bases in the AO until much later.
