WASHINGTON ? Iran has received more than $1 billion in air defense systems in the last two years according to a government report. The Congressional Research Service said Russia has shipped 30 air defense systems to Iran since January 2007. "In September 2006, Ukraine agreed to sell Iran the Kolchuga radar system that can improve Iran's detection of combat aircraft," CRS said. The report said Iran has sought integrate its Russian systems with U.S.-origin air defense assets.

Reefer, that's a reference to the 29 (not 30) SA-15 (Tor-M1, although it seems to me the likely proper designation ought to be Tor-M1E) launch vehicles that Russia delivered to Iran a couple years ago.

 

And there's no evidence that I'm aware of (not that that necessarily means much) that any Kolchuga systems have been delivered, either.  I would be very interested to see evidence to the contrary.
