And which country is this in--hint note the origin of the missile and the planes in the background give a clue.

The missile is definetly kh-29 (NATO AS-14 Kedge), propably laser guided variant Izdeliye 63 or kh-29L. It's little hard to say from this angle. (After all it has 'LASER GUIDED' painted on it with big letters.) Cyrillic letters on the serial number(?) gave a hint. The roundels on the Hurricane resembles very much france ones, but I would guess they are Fleet Air Arm roundels in this occasion.

Correct it is the KH-29L, and the country is not France it is India which has similar signs--notice the Canberra too.
