Sort of . . .  They are only just getting started.

We are at the same point now as Charles Babbage in the 1800's trying to build digital computers.  He knew what it had to do, but could not come up with a practical way to build it.  And a lot of the stuff that they are proposing is the equivalent of a modern laptop.  The fibers we might start seeing in 20 years, bu some items will probably not exist within this century.

The simple part will probably be developing the nano assemblers and replicators.  Figuring out how to program them (remember, we will have to individually program over a million machines per cubic millimeter) will be the real trick.

well no not at the moment teh best they can do now its like a tracker to stop friendly fire if u mean like the nano armor suits that r like un betable idk or dar working on it but their are ideas for like nano machines preforming operations dats one of the things i want to go to college for. There working on it they had that land warrior thing at one point put idk what happend to it. ITs was that thing when the gun had like that digital scope on it so u could shot wit out looking throught it the only thing that i no of now was that  is still in use is the head gear sometimes

Ok, Universal translator: inserting punctuation, capitalisation, line breaks and spelling adjustment. Removing extraneous verbalisations and text-message style abbreviations. Converting into British English to annoy the Americans ;-)

"No, not at the moment; the best that they [military R&D? - ed] can do now is a tracker to stop friendly fire. If you mean nano-armour suits that are unbeatable [then] IDK [I don't know ?- ed] or DAR [possibly a contraction of "they are"] working on it. However, there are ideas for nano machines [for] performing operations, which is one of the things that I want to go for college for. [might I suggest learning some legible form of English first - Ed]

They are working on it. They had something called Land Warrior at one point but I don't know what happened to it. It was a system where the rifle had a digital scope on it [presumably a sight with a digital camera built into it -Ed] so that you could shoot without looking through it[presumably "shoot accurately" or "aim" since it doesn't take fancy technology to perform a Lebanon unload -Ed]. The only thing I know of that is still in use is the head gear, and that only occasionally."

Good grief that was painful.
