Yemen: Failure or Democracy
This article describes behaviors by the Yemeni regime which have lead to its categorization as a leading contender to become a failed state. Criminalization of the state, deterioration of public services, and targeting the opposition are some of the indicators. The article also discusses the reform plan devised by a coalition of opposition parties and the upcoming elections. |
