The Library of Congress: 1903 film, "Back from the Battle: The famous 25th Infantry, Colored, returning from Mt. Ariat" A selection from the "American Memory" film collection of the Library of Congress, this restored clip (c. 50 second) shows the 25th Infantry returning from the Battle of Mount Ararat, in the Philippines. In the lead is Brig. Gen. Federick D. Grant, son of the President, and Bvt Brig. Gen. A. S. Burt, commanding the regiment.
