On Friday, March 23, NYMAS will host Major Mark Vertuli, of the USMA Faculty, who will speak on "Double Dealing with Europe: Churchill, Détente, and the European Defense Community"
NYMAS talks are free to the public. They are held at the CUNY Graduagte Center, Fifth Avenue at 34th Street, in Manhattan.
Talks begin at 7:00 pm and last about two hours.
