Subject: Solution?

First, Kosovo has never been part of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. Second, this Empire, did not have a central government, but two governments, one in Vienna and one in Budapest. The only common things were the Emperor, the money and the army. Third, the memory of this Empire may be cherished today by the ones who were the dominant people, but it is not a good memory for the once who were the opressed people in that state. Finally, if that dead and gone for ever empire was so good why did it fall apart so easily in 1918?

It was killed by something obscure, I think was called WW1. Actually, the main reason for its disintegration was that emperor (Franz Joseph) refused to initiate any kind of reforms. Earlier monarch had made reforms, such as the creation of the Hungarian state (parliment, monarch title, control of internal affairs), and they usually worked.
