Subject: Russia - would it choose China or India?

If Russia had to choose between relations with China or India - who would it choose?

For business, Russia works with both, but if it came down to conflict and central Asian influence, I see Russia working with India.  Russia has had border skirmishes with China and fought a major war defending Mongolia.  Russia knows (or should know) that India doesn't seek territory like China does, and there is none of this "all under heaven" crap in India.

Oh, the evil empire the Soviet Union that invaded and occupied territory post WWII including Mongolia is all about defending innocent people? LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Tell that to the Czech Republic and the Baltic States. Tell that Ukraine. You're full of it.

So why are those Muslims in Kashmir that want to be independent from India bombing Indians if India wasn't expansionists and imperialistic? India wanting to take over all of Kashmir says it wants to takeover other people's territory. Stop with the propaganda bull.

1/2 of Mongolia is still free, guess which half is occupied and by whom?

Russia lost its occupied territories and now does quite well without having to bankroll a "buffer zone".  Bad, dirty, stupid, small china should learn the lesson of its neighbors.

The Forbidden City will be razed to the ground and with it any hope of a new Han Dynasty.

No sympathy for rapist and murderers of women and children throughout Asia and Europe. Interesting that Mongolians are talking about retaking territory lost to Russia and China. But we know that will never happen because the Mongolians are simply incapable. Ever hear about Karma?

So how are you going to destroy the Forbidden City? Is that some sort of threat to the Chinese. To me when I'm not Asian at all? I like to hear your insanity. Keep it coming, delusional dreamer.

Yes, I've heard about that Mongolian plot, it involves Yak cheese and furry hats.

And I'll bet the Mongolians would like to get back the land that Bad China stole from them, its called "Inner Mongolia".

The muslims bombing india are NOT "indians"...they are pakistanis or afghans. Kashmir was signed over to india by the king of kashmir....after the pakistani's went land grabbing!! India is by no means expansionist.

The chinese people will probably destroy that place, or at the very least burn up Mao's tomb. Who the heck wants to be forced to worship a murdering dictator anyway. If it wasn't for the PLA, the chinese commie party would get run over by the citizenry.

As for Mao, in a strange twist, it seems that his legacy and words are being embraced by the downtrodden peasants and buried by the CCP because of Mao's constant warnings against apathy with government and the need for occasional turmoil.

Still, it would be a nice psychological shock to burn the tomb.

 So what other indicators of a tilt from China towards India might we expect see in the future?  I thought Russia and China signed some significant defense treaties.
