President proposes that the government assumes the management of all pensions and of all retirement accounts. Pretext will be that the nation needs this as an "investment" in an upgrade of infrastructure to make the economy competitive. This will take place somewhat after the collapse of the government regulated finance industry yet again and yet more seriously.
