Subject: I AM LOOKING FOR A JOB / COULD ANYONE HELP

Good Day, My name is Djidi Hamid, I am Algerian, working at this time as a property manager, In charge of managing 3 different Camps & other facilities (4500 Residents) in conjunction with the catering contractors. Interface with all subcontractor camp bosses, and ensure they cooperate towards the smooth running of the camps. One of my strong points is to look at the operations from an HSE perspectives & make sure the caterer adhere 100% their contract. And all other job related issues such as checking invoices, tracking contract costs etc. Until the 21st August 2004 I was as an HSE Coordinator, I was Responsible for all HSE matters associated with four remote locations located approximately 120 miles from each other through out Algeria. Participate in developing and updating project safety and health technical manual, coordinating special work activities between the client and subcontractors; reviewing and upgrading existing client construction HSE procedures for performing activities in an operating facility. Identifies training needs based on the safety observations tracking system, and project schedule. In charge of developing & issuing new training programs (English & French), safety bulletin, topics, alerts, Posters & Signs, in charge of translation from English to French/Arabic and vis-versa. Other activities included: training and record keeping, keep tracking of all safety observations, Advanced safety audits, stop cards, permits to work, different equipment check lists, mileage reports, incidents/incidents/near hits and first aid cases, familiar with the Occupational Safety & Health Standards for the Construction Industry (29 CFR Part 1926) & General Industry (29 CFR Part 1910), OSHA 300 Record keeping procedures, etc. & also trained & certified in OSHA Regulations (10 & 30 Hours). Plan and schedule audits/inspections and make sure it is carried out in accordance with the plan. Participate in accident/incident investigations and produce reports, and also familiar with tap-root process. I Possess an excellent organizational and project management skills, ability to plan and organize own work while coordinating departmental activities/projects, strong interpersonal skills & able to function in a team environment, can interface effectively with all levels of personnel including Sr. Mgmt and Executives. I have the Ability to work independently & take initiative and act on opportunities, also to work under pressure with changing priorities and assignments. I am proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Knowledge of SAP Cats and SAP Rq - Interact with Sr. Mgmt and Executives. Demonstrate high level of flexibility. I am able to quickly learn any new computer software and reporting skills. I believe I could successfully apply my administrative & Technical experience in HSE, HR or Contract and Procurement Administration or any other position available. Most of my assignments have been with International companies in the above fields of activity, with special emphasis on teamwork and continuous learning.
