Subject: Gordon Brown's banking tax proposal facing universal opposition in G20

Daily Mail Telegraph WSJ online.wsj.com/article/BT-CO-20091107-701076.html Gordon Brown could be the worst Prime Minister in the history of Britain islands. You don't make a proposal in front of world leaders and treasures without first building consensus among majority, and you certain want to prevent getting slapped down by most powerful members in congruency. This is a great humiliation to Gordon Brown himself, and, sadly, to the UK as well.
