Subject: How to arm a british nuke (up until 1997ish)

You use an allen key to set yield and air or ground burst. Then, you turn a different key through 90 degrees... and.. that... was... it. h*tp://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/programmes/newsnight/7097101.stm Probably the safest system known to man. Who can ever find the right sized allen key when you need it?

I have asked that question about American nukes as well.  It may be that simple, or a software function...
