The population of Afghanistan is at 30 million right now. Afghanistan has the highest growth rate in the world and many Afghan refugess are coming back to Afghanistan. The fledgling Afghan army is getting bigger and is well trained. Afghanistan may have vast untapped gas reserves in Northern Afghanistan. Afghanistan also has the opputunity to nearly double their territory by tapping into Pushtun and Balcoh nationalism in Pakistan and taking back the land that is rightfully Afghanistan's
