Subject: Dutch Waffling On Deployment

http://www.timesonline.co.uk/article/0,,2089-1880012,00.html It seems that the Dutch may forego on a commitment to provide up to 1,000 troops to the British-led NATO effort aimed at "nation building" throughout much of Afghanistan. Seems it may be too dangerous, IIRC. Any comments?
