Subject: The UK and its current air defense

Does the UK have any current air defense facilities, and in the event of a country attacking britain with say an ICBM are we capable of blowing it up before hitting us?

No, the UK has no ICBM defense.  Only two countries have ever operationally fielded any ICBM defenses at all.  Theoretically Russia may still retain some defense around Moscow against ICBMs coming from some directions, but I seriously question whether it is still functional and in service.  America only has a very limited defense against a few ICBMs coming from eastern Asia.
