Today MND Gordon O'Connor announced that his government was going to spend $1.2-billion CDN. on new trucks for the Canadian Army.

Thomas "Moving toward light forces or ability to supply international engaements?" The 2,300 medium trucks will replace a worn out fleet of vehicles. These are used for everything from logistical resupply to moving troops and equipment. Much needed intervention that should have happened years ago so very much welcomed by the army.
