still unified but whether that was a good idea is still open to debate. i guess it cut the admin overhead some but it doesn't seem to have helped pry enough funding out of the gov't wankers to actually keep things going. supposed to be a new inf brigade in the works and some new hardware but i'll believe it when i see it.
