Obama Administration orders cases dismissed against "illegals" with "no criminal" background. A clear separation of powers issue. ICE: Immigration & Customs Legislature I guess I'll turn in my home-made "Volunteer Squad" badge.

What I am thinking right now is not a set of words to be posted in a public forum. The string of vulgarities is very long and broad in scope.

Obamnesty...it's here, feds now dismissing thousands of deportation cases

  • August 25th, 2010 11:39 am ET

As has been rumored for some time, the Obama administration has started a ?backdoor amnesty? and has begun to drop large numbers of deportation proceedings against illegal aliens. The new policy started quietly about a month ago in Houston.

And you think GWB is just bad. The lawlessness of this administration is way overboard.

"Hot, Multi-Ethnic, Bi-National Backdoor Action"...err...wouldn't fit.

The "gay issue" has been  solved. It has nothing to do with constitutional rights. We have chosen that those rights are trumped by an amorphous concept called "The People" that empowers the federal government to force individuals to buy insurance,....or perhaps have a mommy and a daddy...(or buy a $40,000 / 40-mile range Chevy Volt)... for a safe and secure...society
They can do whatever they want, and there's nothing any gay person can do about it.

This IS a thread about people getting effed. President Obama would sell every black, hispanic, gay, lesbian union worker down the river in a second if he thought he could gain him a new batch of fresh faces...new voters.
Can you imagine your own government...with a straight face, telling you they're so busy prosecuting people with terrorist, gang and criminal backgrounds that they can't even consider being in the country illegally a crime?
Post 911!...and a government sworn to uphold our laws doesn't consider a foreign national in the country illegally a crime...millions of 'em!

"These are strange, strange people running this country."
"Madness!"

...and sues anybody who tries to pick up the slack in detaining prosecuting and deporting them!

Immigration cases being tossed by the hundreds

Docket review pulls curtain back on procedure by Homeland Security

By SUSAN CARROLL
HOUSTON CHRONICLE

Oct. 17, 2010, 10:21AM

In the month after Homeland Security officials started a review of Houston's immigration court docket, immigration judges dismissed more than 200 cases, an increase of more than 700 percent from the prior month, new data shows.

The number of dismissals in Houston courts reached 217 in August — up from just 27 in July, according to data from the Executive Office for Immigration Review, which administers the nation's immigration court system.

In September, judges dismissed 174 pending cases — the vast majority involving immigrants who already were out on bond and had cases pending on Houston's crowded downtown court docket, where hearings are now being scheduled into 2012.
