http://www.nytimes.com/2002/12/06/international/middleeast/06SAUD.html I haven't been on this Board for awhile but I thought this was an interesting development for the House of Fraud (oops, I mean Saud.) PG

I think this goes in the same catagory as lawyers who suddenly get a consience and decide they can no longer defend the mass-murder/rapist/child molester. After years of taking their money and 'defending them' suddenly a case of the guilty consience?? riiiiight. ya think they were looking for a pay raise? E.

Har, har. Yes, yes, I agree that these guys are spineless. But the firm in question only took on the Royal family a client after 9-11. I like to think of this as rats leaving the stinking (or sinking) ship.

Not enough heat. I'd use WP rounds.

Dropping out of sight to avoid service of process may evince a guilty conscience, but says nothing of regret or atonement. bsl

Nope. This one is just comical. The interesting development is the story that Turki al-Sultan may have been the Saudi "handler" of Osama Bin Laden.
