Hezbollah or Al-Qaida?
Hezbollah is firmly entrenched in Lebanon. They've been untouched by US after they withdrew from Lebanon. Israel has recently pulled out. Hezbollah is a legit political party. It is still commited to the death of Israel. They are fairly organized, and also run schools and stuff.
AQ is a tool, built for one thing: to kill and kill some more. Nobody is quite sure of OBL even cares about the people he is "liberating" from the "occupiers". We shall see.
In any case, Hezbollah had a good run in the 80s, abducting a CIA station chief in Beiruit, torturing and shooting him in the face, executing persons here and there.
