I have been concerned about the increasing support for the September 11th terrorist organisations in the U.K, my country. http://new.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/leicestershire/3223122.stm Bear in mind that on September 11th 2003 that the islamic militant celebration of the carnage of the original September 11th went TOTALLY unchallenged. The government does not care about suppressing viewpoints with which they disagree. Freedom of expression here is becoming an oddity. A man was jailed for five years for calling a woamn a "paki" which is the same sentence recieved by another man who RAPED a thirteen month old girl. The islamic militants in Finnsbury park mosque were allowed their "Magnificent 19" posters, therefore, the government AGREE with the militants.

FH, if you think what's going on in Britain is frightening, check out these drawings and Farrakhan-esque racist ranting essays about jihad and praise for Osama Bin Laden and Saddam Hussein in the links found at : http://www.co.fairfax.va.us/courts/cases/malvo_defendant_exhibits.htm This are the ramblings of the young kid indicted in the DC "sniper" shootings last year. You know, the ones that weren't "motivated by Islam or racial hatred."

Just read your last link Basher, is anyone else sick to death of this PC ...? It goes beyone ridiculious into the realm of absurd. Picture the situation reversed, say a muslim in a muslim country, made a comment about a western leader... say Mr. Bush. I think the point is clear. The concept of Political Correctness (or PC) may seem harmless... to not offend those of different (blank). But its usage is anything but harmless. I'd have to research some examples to make a convincing case, but I'm sure some of you will believe me (have had similar experiences) when I say its use can be evil. (treating criminals delicatly so as not to offend them while STOMPING all over the victims, etc) Anyone have any articles about the problems with PCness lying around? How are we in the west so STUPID as to fire someone with 21 years experience for expressing a possibly negative view of a MASS MURDERERING little PUNK like OBL? This is not an isolated case, either. In Canada, some mosques routinely preach "death to america (and canada and england)" with no monitoring by local security agencies (while the number of mosques doing this may be small, and it may not, shouldn't any number be too high?

I am rested. I could not agree more with IronSeeker. The Political Correctness mythologies are what they are: mythology. This link is sickening to my mind. Now the previous link shows what they define as "racist." Basically, they will now monitor toddlers for the faintest sign of anti-asiatic feeling. Then what? Punish the parents? Take their children away from them. This is unequivocally a totalitarian act. And guess how many of the Islamic militant rapists in Keighley got arrested AFTER they pulled the race card? ONE! That's right, just one of them! Priorities are all wrong. They are trying in this process to also suppress anti Islamic feeling, but allowing the Mullahs to preach hate and destruction in their Mosques. Their are verses in the Koran that say it is lawful to attack, harass and kill idolaters (non-muslims) any Muslim who goes by the book will take this seriously.

OK, how about this then, if anyone still doubts that Britain is the REAL centre of terrorism: http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/uk_news/politics/3285917.stm Come on Dubya, can't you just execute the lot of them? Recall what I said about Birmingham being a centre for Islamic militancy. In Bush's state visit, the Muslims were standing in Trafalgar square, playing Islamic music and obviously ridiculing him: half-witted non-muslims were showing support for them - the message was clear; "We own this place." Does anyone know how many of the September 11th hijackers were England born and raised?

A british prison officer was sacked for dissing osama bin laden! What a f***ing joke. Apparently a 100,000 protesters can chant anti-bush/USA slogans. But a prison gaurd who makes fun of OBL gets sacked! An absolute absurdity Sorry about my rant. Just had to get that off my chest!

Obviously this shows where Britain is going and where the loyalties of the Labour Party and their hangers on lie. The only way to stop terrorism is to deal with the British Islamic militants and abolish the Labour Party

Basher, I share your concern about the mollycoddling of terrorist sympathisers in the UK. Democracies have to find a way to clamp down on terrorists and their sympathisers without affecting the civil liberties of the general populace. Immigration is a serious issue - and countries like Canada/UK/US, Aus, NZ, need to ensure that the skilled labour they allow to immigrate in are willing to subscribe to the ethos and tolerant basis of the country's constitution/legal framework. You seem to use "muslims" and "asians" quite interchangeably. Could you please clarify whether your concern rests with a particular demographic, or all Asians? Regarding the jail sentences, etc.., it seems that it is a broader problem that the UK legal system has than purely dealing with Islamis terrorists and their sympathisers. Someone who rapes a minor shouldn't be getting just 5 years in jail, unless that 5 years includes being suspended upside down by their ankles and being castrated. Looks like the Islamic terrorists are pretty much getting the same lenient treatment that the white skinhead terrorists in the UK used to get (maybe they still do, haven't heard anything recently).

?White skinhead terrorists? There have never been any of those. Anyhow, if a man gets five years in jail for calling a woman a "paki," it hardly seems that the indigenous population would be allowed to form terrorist groups against the asians. The government breaks democratic rules flagrantly in order to put down political parties with which they disagree. The BNP has achieved some small success since they abolished their policy of repatriating non-Europeans. However, the government still tries to ban their members from Trade Unions and public services, whilst allowing Islamic terrorists, who are worse than any "white" militant organisation ever was. The Muslims go about trying to take over the world completely by means of random destruction! Even the KKK, foul as they are, never went this far. Likewise, white men don't go around raping girls of eg afro-carribean origin. Only the Muslim asians take their ferocious racism and contempt for other cultures this far. Our problem here is Islam. It just happens that the worst Islamic militant groups happen to have originated in Asia. Obviously the terms "asian" and "Muslim" are not interchangeable.
