Sweden has produced its 107th of 204 JAS39 Gryphon fighters. The aircraft is the first of the new Block-3 variant with color cockpit displays, in flight refueling, a new auxiliary power unit, and an on-board oxygen generator. Gryphon-107 will be used as a test aircraft; Gryphon-108 will be the first Block-3 aircraft to actually enter service with an operational squadron.--Stephen V Cole
