The US Marine Corps wants a new heavy anti-tank missile to replace TOW, and says it must have it by 2006 as the TOW inventory cannot be sustained beyond that time. The Marines have no funding for a heavy anti-tank missile (focusing on replacing their light and medium missiles) but expect to use whatever missile the Army picks to replace TOW. The Army, however, doesn't plan to deploy its new heavy anti-tank missile until 2008 or 2010.-Stephen V Cole
