China is apparently preparing an underground test of a new nuclear weapon, perhaps based on the stolen plans of the American W88 warhead. Curiously, a recent article in an official Chinese military magazine discusses how to break an American aircraft carrier battle group using such small nuclear warheads.--Stephen V Cole
