Northrop Grumman has completed the fifth RC-7B Airborne Recon Low Multifunction aircraft. It is the first to have the complete sensor suite of a synthetic aperture radar, moving target indicator radar, forward-looking infrared radar, and wideband tactical common datalink.--Stephen V Cole
