The French Air Force plans to upgrade its four E-3F AWACS planes and has signed a $133 million deal with Boeing. Under the deal, Boeing would provide kits which Air France Industries will install. The kits include new radar computers and other equipment, plus various software upgrades.--Stephen V Cole
