A new CIA assessment reports that Russia and China continue exporting missile technology despite promises to stop doing so. Russia is providing missile and other weapons technology to Iran, India, and Syria. The Iranians are setting up a factory to produce their own long-range missiles and while using the technology from the North Korean Taepo-Dong missile show little interest in buying it outright. China is providing missile technology to North Korea and Pakistan as well as Iran. North Korea's Taepo-Dong-2 program is "alive and well" despite a North Korean pledge not to test it.--Stephen V Cole
