The Information War between the American military services continues. In the wake of the Afghanistan operations, air force generals are briefing civilian leaders by pointing out that the "Three Most Important Factors Contributing to Victory in Afghanistan" were;
-Aerial ISR (intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance)
-Heavy Bombers
-Aerial tanker (for refueling aircraft)
No mention is made of Special Forces, naval aviation, the CIA, the State Department and so on.
