Congressional Republicans boast that they have increased the Clinton defense budget by a few billion six years in a row ($2.6 billion this year). What they don't mention is that even with such increases, procurement of new weapons and systems is $30 billion behind and is falling behind by another $10+ billion per year.--Stephen V Cole
