Russia reports that the long-delayed Service Module for the International Space Station (which needs to be the next thing launched) will be delayed again, this time until May. The problem (this time) is the recent failure of two Proton Booster second stages. If the launch of the module failed, the ISS program would suffer a near-fatal blow. --Stephen V Cole
