Cosmos 2377, the only Russian photo-recon satellite in orbit, returned to Earth on 10 October. It was a film-return satellite which had previously dropped two film canisters into a Russian recovery area. The "main return module" included the last set of film and the camera itself, which can be re-used on a later satellite.--Stephen V Cole
