The Center for International Communication and Imagery Satellites (CICIS) released a press statement on 1 May that it had launched a new global media and intelligence resource in Washington, DC. It will bring together global satellite experts, intelligence experts and journalists to create an independent resource for the study and reporting of satellites, along with the associated communications infrastructure. Full details can be found on http://www.CICIS.org. A satellite database, and newsletter will shortly be available on http://www.SatIntel.com. - Adam Geibel
