Britain's Royal Air Force is restructuring Strike Command into three Groups. No 1 Group includes all of the frontline fast jet fighters (Tornado, Eurofighter) except the Harriers. No 2 Group includes the tankers, transports, and intel aircraft. No 3 Group includes all of the Harriers (Air Force and Navy) plus the Nimrod maritime patrol planes and the search and rescue helicopters.--Stephen V Cole
