DARWIN, Australia (July 20, 2011) Lt. Ryan Ramsden, assigned to Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit 5, rappels off a tower while training with members of the Australian Northern Territory Tactical Response Group during exercise Talisman Sabre 2011.
