NORFOLK, Va. (Oct. 29, 2008) The Dutch submarine HNLMS Walrus (SSK S802) is moored pierside at Naval Station Norfolk. U.S. and Dutch naval forces participated in TACDEVEX 08-08 in the Cape Cod operation areas. During the eight-day exercise, a number of torpedoes were employed to evaluate U.S. tactics and weapons against a modern SSK in a challenging environment. (U. S.
