INDIAN OCEAN (April 11, 2012) Aviation Boatswain's Mate (Handling) 2nd Class Dwayne Foster signals as an Indian navy HAL Chetak (Alouette III) helicopter launches from the flight deck aboard the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70).
