A rocket attack in Pakistan, aimed at US and UN facilities, was not claimed by any group. Public speculation quickly fell on the Taliban, which has thousands of armed supporters in Pakistan and is facing UN sanctions (no commercial air flights or overseas postal service) after November if they do not hand over Osama Bin Laden. The Taliban has so far refused to give up Bin Laden and have denied any responsibility for the rocket attacks. .
