And the other Taliban war continues. Northern Alliance sources reported that Taliban forces launched a new offensive against the Northern Alliance. One attack occurred near Kalafgan Junction (Takhar province). The apparent Tlaiban objective is a Northern Alliance supply route. The Northern Alliance gives the US an "in country" ally in any struggle with the Taliban.
