Saudi Arabia has severed it's relations with the Taliban government, the reason given was the Taliban's harboring of terrorists.  This leaves only Pakistan recognizing the Taliban as the government of Afghanistan, and this mainly so that it can continue to pressure the Taliban to give up bin Laden.
