US and allies troops searched 30 of the Taliban held 160 caves they found in Spinboldack. Some 107mm rockets, rifles and ammunition has been found so far. A few enemy fighters continued to snipe at Afghan and American troops, but without much effect. The hostile Afghans have not yet found a way to deal with the US combat methods. The Americans maintain the initiative and can do where they want and do what they want. The Afghan government says one of their soldiers was killed, US Army spokesmen say there were no friendly casualties.
