Someone threw a bomb into a Kabul Internet Cafe, killing two Afghans and wounding several others. This was believed to be a terrorist attack, because the location was often visited by Westerners. It might have been a commercial dispute, as these are often pursued via gunfire and explosions. There have not been many terrorist attacks in Kabul this year.
